You are not required to create an account to buy, however there are benefits of creating an account- you can track your orders, see order history, and access your gift certificates.
If you are selected for a gift certificate, the Central Screen Printing Team will create an account for you. You will receive an email when this happens with your login information.
When an account is created for you by Central Screen Printing you will receive an email with a link to create a unique password for your account. This link is only valid for 24 hours.
You can create an account yourself by selecting the sign in tab at the top and following the prompts to create an account.

Gift Certificates are issued to customers by the Central Screen Printing Team at the request from the ProLift Team.
If you are issued a gift certificate, you will receive an email stating so, and it will show up under the Gift Certificate portion of your account when you are logged in.
Go to the section of your Account that is called Gift Certificate, select the Certificate you want to use and begin shopping.
Alternatively, you can shop first and enter the Gift Certificate code during checkout.

We can cancel or make changes to your order within the first 24 hours of your order being placed.
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation and a Thank You email. If you do not receive these notifications, your order has not been placed.

Don't worry, it's on its way. While we do our best to ship/deliver all orders in one package, there are times when certain products are on back-order. If this is the case, you will be notified and made aware of the back-order before your product is shipped/delivered to you.
